Figure athletes will have a more developed look than Bikini or fitness models with overall more muscle mass and development whilst having a very low body fat percentage. But not to the point where the athlete loses their figure and shape. This is not a female bodybuilding category and you should not have the same level as bulk as a bodybuilder but abs should be visible.
You will be marked on:
- Muscularity
- Balance of physique
- Symmetry
- Definition
- Body fat
- Stage presence
- Quater turns
- Comparisons
Mandatory Poses
- Front Double Biceps
- Front Lateral Spread
- Side Chest (side at the choice of the competitor)
- Side Triceps (side at the choice of the competitor)
- Rear Double Biceps
- Rear Lateral Spread
- Abdominal and Thigh
Please Note:
Figure athletes must wear a figure suit and heels for the mandatory poses and 1/4 turns. Heels don’t need to be warn for the routine portion of this category.
IT IS NO LONGER MANDATORY TO DO A ROUTINE.
Routine is now a separate category. Anyone in figure can enter the category for free. All you have to do is email in, once you have registered, stating you would like to be added to the routine category.
Routine should last 60 seconds and you must supply the music
