For Pure Elite Physiques we have four bikini categories
- Bikini toned
- Bikini trained
- Bikini over 35
- Bikini over 45
REMEMBER – A bikini category at a fitness model show is completely different at a physique based show.
Athletes MUST do mandatory poses. No free posing like you can do in a fitness model show.
Mandatory poses starting with front pose and then a quarter turn to athletes right.
- Front pose – Right hand on hip, right leg straight, left arm straight out and left leg out slightly to mirror the left arm.
- Side pose – Right hand still on hip, right leg straight, left arm going slightly out and behind, left leg bent will heel pointing up. Body twisted and facing judges.
- Back pose – Right hand on hip, Right leg straight, left arm out and left leg out slightly, mirroring the left arm. Hair off of back (Moved over shoulder)
- Side pose – Left hand on hip, left leg straight, right arm going slightly out and behind, right leg bent will heel pointing up. Body twisted and facing judges.
- Front pose – Right hand on hip, right leg straight, left arm straight out and left leg out slightly to mirror the left arm.
- I Walk – Athletes walk to the back of the stage, hold back pose (the when told) turn and walk back to the front
If comparisons are needed then athletes will be moved around.

- Shape and proportion
- Overall stage presentation
- Quarter turns
